Planning

Failing to plan is planning to fail

Great planning can truly be a matter of life and death, especially in high-stakes situations like hang gliding. As a hang gliding instructor, I've faced the challenge of ensuring that my students were not only equipped with the right skills but also had the knowledge necessary to navigate the skies safely. The intensity of this responsibility is matched only by the incredible joy I felt when I saw my students soar confidently through the air. With proper coaching and encouragement, individuals often discover untapped potential within themselves, realizing that there are no limits other than those they impose. Sometimes, all it takes is that supportive voice reminding them, "You've got this!" The experience of guiding others to challenge their fears and embrace new heights is both humbling and immensely fulfilling.
